Dawn Frick, RD, LDN

Dawn joined the Gastro Center of Maryland in 2017 and brought with her several years of outpatient and inpatient experience after finishing her Dietetic degree at the University of Maryland. She then completed her Dietetic Internship at the University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson. At the Gastro Center, Dawn works with a wide variety of patient needs, symptoms, and diagnoses such as:

• Liver Disease

• Food Allergies/Intolerances

The focus of integrative nutrition is to help our patients achieve and maintain their long-term diet and nutrition goals. Whether a patient is seeking help with weight management, gastrointestinal diagnosis, or disease prevention, each person is individually evaluated and provided with a well-researched, realistic, and comprehensive plan they can follow for the rest of their lives. There isn’t a “one diet” approach to her patient care, but rather considering an individual’s family, work, state of health, food preferences, etc. when working on implementing and achieving nutritional goals.

Dawn works closely with patients to find a plan that works for a lifestyle change, not a temporary “fix.” She has extensive knowledge of and experience working with various nutrition options:
