Monica Lovins has been an exceptional provider for the past 3 years!! She is patient and kind and asks you many questions. She also listens to you and is quick to answer all questions thoroughly and directly. She is good at diagnosing problems and tells you the truth about your results. It may not be what I want to ok hear but you can't kill an excellent messenger, right? She is an excellent communicator and is with you in treating you along your health journey. I started with my husband and now am recommending her to all of my friends and family that need help. ❤️ her!

Colleen Abell CRNP saved my life!!!!! I came in for what I thought would be routine, low maintenance care but because of my health history, she insisted I get cleared before moving forward. Had she not followed the proper protocols and used her judgement to ensure best practices... I would be dead! I have a leaking heart valve and will need surgery! As a young female will so much life left to live, I feel that without this exceptional care I would not be here today! Some places and their doctors are malpractice cases waiting to happen... BUT NOT HERE! You will always be in the best hands possible. Bravo to the practice and big S/O to Colleen!!

This is the best Dr I have every been to. I have had Crohn's disease for 30 years. Really cares about his patients as individuals. Not put you in a group with all Crohn's patients. Very kind and caring. Thouroughly looking into what is wrong and test like should be . Wish more Dr were like him and his staff

Dr Prakash was great. Thorough and clear in her explanation of results. I also get to work with her assistant Adrian. Adrian was awesome as she helped me to identify additional assistance and was able to help me come up with a plan to address the issue. The office and staff are courteous and helpful. I highly recommend that if you are in need of gastro help and procedure, you should consider this office and dr Prakash and Adrian- you will not be sorry.

Great service provided by all staff. All transitions throughout the office were fairly smooth. Dr Prakash was very sweet and personable as well as the phlebotomist. Would recommend to anyone

I have never felt so heard by a medical doctor. I feel so reassured by my doctor’s ability to understand me and my symptoms and to explain thoroughly and clearly my imaging and lab results, prognosis and treatment. Over 4 visits, Dr Xu has an excellent bedside manner and is always willing to explain again to be sure I understand everything. He tends to run late, but his excellent doctoring makes the wait worthwhile.
